Daniel Levicki
M.Ost D.O.
Daniel graduated from the prestigious European School of Osteopathy in 2015, where he completed his Masters degree and qualification in Osteopathy. Daniel is a member of the General Osteopathic Council and the British Osteopathic Association.
Daniel's broad range of expertise extends from traditional osteopathic techniques such as soft tissue massage, articulation and joint manipulation, as well alternative western medicine such as acupuncture. Daniel is also fully qualified as a Sports Masseuse.
Daniel runs a successful private practice from his homes in Wanstead and Manchester as well as running two private clinics based in Harley Street and Bexleyheath.
As well as treating within his private practices, Daniel also works for the NHS, providing rehabilitation to patients who have undergone spinal, hip, knee, ankle and shoulder surgery.
Daniel's treatment is tailored to each patient's particular needs, and through his extensive experience of treating a variety of complaints he has built a strong reputation for excellent patient care.
Outside of work, Daniel enjoys keeping active and running with the East London Runners club, as well as playing the piano.
OSTEOPATHY
Osteopathy is a non-evasive form of alternative medicine involving soft tissue, articulatory and manipulation techniques to aid pain relief and restore the body to its normal function.
Osteopathy looks at the body as a whole rather than treat one area of the body as we know that the whole body functions as a unit and is linked.
Osteopathy is used to treat a wide range of ailments and has been used to even put off or prolong the use of surgery
SPORTS MASSAGE
A Sports massage is ideal to treat injuries and as well as a preventative treatment dealing with the health of muscle and connective tissue, range of movement, tone, symmetry, balance of muscle and quality of posture. Perfect for any athlete looking to improve.
THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE
Massage therapy is manual manipulation of soft body tissues (muscle, connective tissue, tendons and ligaments) to enhance a person's health and well-being. Whether you have achy muscles or are just stressed out, a theraputic massage will greatly help.
WESTERN ACUPUNCTURE
Western Acupunture is included in my treatments for no extra cost. I will use it for particularly painful trigger points, or for extremely chronic muscle tissue.
Dry Needling involves multiple advances of a filament needle into the muscle in the region of a "Trigger Point'. The aim of Dry Needling is to achieve a local twitch response to release muscle tension and pain. Dry needling is an effective treatment for trigger points and chronic pain of neuropathic origin with very few side effects.
